DIVE develops and integrates hardware, software components, artificial intelligence-based algorithms and services into unique, high-performance hyperspectral vision solutions. The scalable system solutions of DIVE open a new chapter in inspection for surface and layer systems.
Hyperspectral vision systems of DIVE provide access to previously hidden properties of surfaces and layers. DIVE solutions provide precise, spatially resolved information on homogeneity, composition and surface behaviour based on hyperspectral imaging. Our table-top systems are immediately ready for operation and allow efficient use without expert knowledge. In addition, DIVE implements and integrates at-line, on-line and in-line system solutions for quality assurance.
The DIVE software suite offers intuitive user guidance for the entire workflow from data acquisition to evaluation and result visualisation. Our software platform can process and visualise the extensive raw data in seconds with the help of machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms - tailored to your application.

After 10 years of experience in more than 60 development projects at the Fraunhofer IWS, our goal is to establish an efficient and reliable 100% inspection of relevant surface and layer properties in our partners‘ production processes.
